Brings over 40 years of media experience, which includes radio news and advertising, television production and distribution. In 1974 he was appointed Managing Director for Motown Records in Africa, developing markets in over 10 African countries.
In 1976, he worked for The JACKSON’s (Musical Family), in Production of their Prime-Time CBS Series. From 1977 – 1982 worked in Production management for Television Production company, Tandem Productions, on CBS Television Shows, ‘All In the Family’, ‘The Jeffersons’, ‘Diff’rent Strokes’.
Since 1983 he has developed television production and distribution companies, Atlantis FilmWorks (USA), Euro American Pictures (England), World African Network (USA), InterCom Afrique Television (France), Parkville Productions (Wales); and established a television network ICA-TV (South Africa) launched in Fall 2000 in over 35 countries. In 2015, Launched AfrikVision360,(France, South Africa) and in 2020, GlobalVisionLive360. (France, UK & Philippines)

A graduate of McGill University in Montreal and HEC (School of Business) in France, he has worked with a Number of Organizations over the last 20 years. Currently a Consultant with the United States State Department in Paris & Brussels, Lionel has developed and aided in the Financing of the company in its London, Paris and South African based operations since 2007.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR - KUBESHNIE NARAINSAMI

Graduated from Durban University of Technology with a Degree in Drama, has worked as a Stage Manager and Choreographer, before turning to her true skills of Writing. She was scriptwriter for Radio Drama with Lotus FM in South Africa, and wrote on the Cool Catz series for e-TV in South Africa. In 2009, She began working with GVL360 NETWORKS in development of its myAfricaGlobal Networks.
Currently she Develops and Supervises all Writing Concepts for AfrikVision360NewsNet.
DIRECTOR - AV360 DigitalWorks - Juraci van Mulier
(Holland, Suriname)
Has Developed & Overseen Development of all of GVL360 Networks since 2008. His expertise is the creation of business critical systems that automate and improve certain B2B processes for Business clients. He provides his services in Europe as well as in South America. Currently he's working with ROKU, installing a Streaming Solution to Advance the Distribution of All of the GVL360 Networks.
